Sizing
You can find our our sizing chart Here. It will have exact measurement to help you determine the best size to order.
Product Wash & Care Instructions
• Sleeves, Aprons, & Gaiters – Machine wash. Machine drying is okay, but air drying is preferred for longevity.
• Sun Hats, Venture Full Brim Hats, & Nitrile Gloves – Hand wash recommended. Machine washing and drying may weaken the brim structure and reduce glove durability.
• Straw Hats & Leather Gloves – Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Avoid excessive pressure on straw hats to prevent cracking.
• Apparel (Shirts, Hoodies, Beanies, Snapbacks) – Follow the care instructions on the garment tag.
• Trimming Shears – Wipe blades with rubbing alcohol to remove sticky residue.
Shipping
At Farmers Defense, we strive to get your order to you quickly and smoothly. Below are our shipping details, including processing times, shipping options, and how we handle any issues during transit.
U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping:
• Orders over $45: Free
• Orders under $45: Calculated at checkout
Other Shipping Options:
• Priority & Expedited: Cost calculated at checkout

Processing Times
• Order Processing: Orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Peak Times: During sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.
International Shipping
• Shipping costs & estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• International orders typically take 1-4 weeks to arrive, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Customs & Duties: Any applicable import taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility and calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Issues & Support
We understand how frustrating shipping delays or lost packages can be, and we’ll do our best to assist you. However, once your order leaves our warehouse, we only have access to the same tracking information you do.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package seems lost or delayed, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly, as they can provide the most accurate updates.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us with photos, and we’ll help find a resolution.
• Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues: Double-check your shipping address before ordering. If an error is made, contact us as soon as possible. Once a package is shipped, changes may not be possible.

Shipping FAQ's
• Where do you product ship from - All our products and hand packed and ship from our wear house in Watsonville, California.
• How do I know if my order has shipped - You will receive and email confirmation once the order has shipped. The email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.
• Shipping Issue:
My package arrived damaged what can I do? - We are very sorry to hear your package arrived damaged. Please email us at help@farmersdefense.com with all the information and we will help you get a replacement.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues: Double-check your shipping address before ordering. If an error is made, contact us as soon as possible. Once a package is shipped, changes may not be possible.

📌 I need to exchange an item, but it’s been more than 60 days—what do I do?
• Our self-service return portal enforces a 60-day return window, but we understand that life happens!

📌 Is my replacement item reserved when I submit an exchange?
• No, submitting an exchange does not reserve your replacement item.

📌 Why can’t I exchange an international order?
• At this time, we only offer refunds for international orders.
• Unfortunately, the cost to facilitate free international exchanges is too high for our small business.

Yes, some exclusions apply:
