We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com and we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do stand by our products so if you have ANY questions or concerns you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any item listed as Final Sale or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not offer size exchange only refunds. You can return an item for a full refund and then place a new order for the correct item or size. To receive a refund items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please check our size guide or contact us with any questions before making a purchase as you will be responsible for any return shipping and we can not guarantee the same pricing.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once returned you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Q: sleeves work for berry thorns, rose thorns and poison oak, or ivy?
A: This was not our intended purpose but we have many customers using this purpose that say it works great. We do stand by our products so if you decide to try them and are unhappy for any reason please let us know and we can refund or replace them for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

A: Yes they come as a set of 2 Sleeves one for each arm
