Sleeves - Please see our Size guide for exact measurements but we do recommend the same size as whatever shirt you wear. If you wear a medium shirt we suggest getting the S/M. If you are in between sizes( sometimes wear a M sometimes a Large) then we would suggest the smaller size. It's better to be a little snug than too lose.
Straw Hats - Please see our size guide. Because the hats are handmade there is a little size variance between each hat but they each have an elastic band sewn around the head opening to make up for this variance and allow them to fit sung on most heads
Aprons - Have hip measurements of S/M - 36.5" - 44 and L/XL - 42" - 50"
Sleeves- We recommend machine washing them with a strong detergent on a regular cycle low to medium heat. (Preferably with other work clothes and not any delicate items) Make sure the Detergent is strong or the resins wont come off. They can be tumble dried on low heat but as with all clothes hang drying will help keep the fabric nice longer. Also consider using a dryer sheet with fabric softener to help longevity
Masks- We recommend to start by Removing the filters. Then hand or machine wash on a delicate cycle. Please only air dry do not machine dry as the strap and valves can become damaged. ** If the mask has valves you can remove those by( popping open and sliding out)Maybe a link to the video you made?? prior to washing and hand wash the rubber ring inside as this may get buildup over time. Let them air dry and reattach the valves once fully dry by clipping back into place.

Straw hats - Only can be hand cleaned by wiping down and should never be submerged in water. Be cautious with pressure to the hat structure as they are straw and if bent too much can cause cracking Apparel - ( Shirts, Hoodies, Beanies, Snapbacks) Please wash according to manufacturer's directions on tags.
Shipping speeds are NOT a Guarantee and DO NOT include the processing period required to fill your order. **All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours but please allow up to 7 days from the date your order is placed (If processing is going to be longer than 7 days you will be notified)

Once the item has shipped and is in the postal service possession any delays or lost packages will need to be resolved with the carrier directly. If an item shows as delivered we can not issue any refunds we will do our best to track down the items or get you replacements.

If you have entered the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to edit the order before the item is shipped. If the item has already shipped we may need to wait for the package to be returned back to us to resend out the order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any item listed as Final Sale or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not offer size exchange only refunds. You can return an item for a full refund and then place a new order for the correct item or size. To receive a refund items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please check our size guide or contact us with any questions before making a purchase as you will be responsible for any return shipping and we can not guarantee the same pricing.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once returned you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Q: sleeves work for berry thorns, rose thorns and poison oak, or ivy? A: This was not our intended purpose but we have many customers using this purpose that say it works great. We do stand by our products so if you decide to try them and are unhappy for any reason please let us know and we can refund or replace them for you. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Q: Do the Sleeves come in pairs? A: Yes they come as a set of 2 Sleeves one for each arm
