Giveaway Rules & Regulations

I. Sweepstakes Period

The Farmers Defense Blackstone Griddle Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:30pm Pacific Time on February 7, 2026 and ends at March 2 11:59pm Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Farmers Defense Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. However a purchase does increase the chances of winning.

Participants may enter using either of the following methods:

A) Purchase Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, participants will receive entries based on qualifying purchases made through official Farmers Defense sales channels.

👉 Each one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on qualifying purchases will earn two (2) sweepstakes entries.

Entries will be automatically awarded after purchase completion.

Refunded or canceled orders may result in removal of associated entries.

B) Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants can sign up via email or SMS.
Email or SMS sign-up earns one (1) entry. Limited to one (1) sign-up entry per person during the Giveaway Period

V. Entry Limits

Limit [1,000 entries] per person regardless of entry method.

Bulk entries, automated entries, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.

VI. Prize Details

A total of Three (3) Winners will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $499 USD

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available except at Sponsor’s discretion.

VII. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random each week from all eligible entries received up to the end of that weekly drawing period.

Winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their entry (email and/or phone number). If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Giveaway Period.

VIII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if technical failures, fraud, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

IX. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Farmers Defense Inc. and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

X. Disputes

All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved individually without class action.

XI. Privacy

Information submitted by participants will be subject to Farmers Defense Inc.’s Privacy Policy.
