Processing Times:

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak times (such as promotions or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. tracking information.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options for U.S. orders. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We ship to a variety of countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and shipping option.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $45.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues:

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: If you opted into Navidium Shipping Protection, we will handle any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages on your behalf. Simply contact us, and we will file the claim and manage the rest.
  • No Shipping Insurance: If you opted out of shipping protection, you will be responsible for resolving any issues with the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues:

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an error is made, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. However, once the package is in transit, we may not be able to correct the address.

Delayed Deliveries:

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. In rare cases, packages may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • Orders from outside the United States typically take 1-4 week delivery. Shipping times are not certain due to the many variables involved in international shipping. Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping.
  • Note:
    We cannot know each county's import duties and customs rules. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The amount paid for shipping is the actual cost of just shipping - it does not include any customs duties.
  • Our products all ship from our warehouse in Watsonville, California.
  • You will receive and email confirmation once the order has shipped. The email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track your package.
  • My package arrived damaged what can I do?
    We are very sorry to hear your package arrived damaged. Please email us at help@farmersdefense.com with all the information and we will help you get a replacement.
  • My order arrived but some items are missing or the wrong item(s) were sent?
    If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items (and you were not notified ahead of time) Please email us at help@farmersdefense.com and we will help get you any missing items from your order
  • We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your package to you but we are only able to ship to the provided address and can not be responsible for Please notify us ASAP and if we can we intercept before this has shipped we will update the address to the correct location. 
  • What if the packages shows as already shipped what can I do now? 
    If the item is still in transit you can contact the carrier and request a package interception. (Note the carrier may be charge a fee for this service which will be your responsibility) They should be able to reroute your package to the correct address. 
  • Package shows as attempted delivery but is being returned to the sender? Can you reship this to me?
    If you have made an error in entering your address, We are happy to resend but we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender.  If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping. 
  • The package shows as suss-fully delivered to the incorrect address. What can I do now?
    We can not be responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. We assume no legal responsibility if we successfully deliver the package to the address we were provided.
