Giveaway Rules

I. Sweepstakes Period

The “Farmers Defense Blackstone Outdoor Griddle Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5:30pm Pacific Time and ends at March 2 11:59pm Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Farmers Defense Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Participants may enter using either of the following methods:

A) Purchase Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, participants will receive entries based on qualifying purchases made through official Farmers Defense sales channels.

👉 Each one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on qualifying purchases will earn two (2) sweepstakes entries.

Entries will be automatically awarded after purchase completion.

Refunded or canceled orders may result in removal of associated entries.

B) Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants must handwrite their:

• Full name

• Mailing address

• City, State, ZIP code

• Email address

• Date of birth

on a 3" x 5" card and mail to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Each valid mail-in entry will receive an equivalent number of entries consistent with the purchase entry method.

V. Entry Limits

Limit [1,000 entries] per person regardless of entry method.

Bulk entries, automated entries, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.

VI. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $499 USD

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available except at Sponsor’s discretion.

VII. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Winner will be notified via email. Failure to respond within [48–72 hours recommended] may result in selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

VIII. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if technical failures, fraud, or other factors compromise the integrity of the promotion.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

IX. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Farmers Defense Inc. and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

X. Disputes

All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved individually without class action.

XI. Privacy

Information submitted by participants will be subject to Farmers Defense Inc.’s Privacy Policy.

XII. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
